This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Visiting the website

Our hosting provider Hostinger stores technical details in server log files on every request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. We need this to run the website securely and reliably. The legal basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Log files are deleted automatically after a short time.

Fonts and images are served from our own server. No third-party content loads when you visit unless you consent.

Contact form and email

When you write to us through the form or by email, we process your details (for example name, email address, company, message) to answer your request. The legal basis under the GDPR is pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).

The form does not store your details on the web server. They are sent directly as an email to our mailbox at Hostinger. To prevent abuse we keep an untraceable hash of your IP address for no longer than one hour. We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and to meet any legal retention duties.

We use necessary storage without consent so the website works. Statistics and embedded content such as maps or booking only load once you agree. These services are listed below under “Services we use” and on the Cookies page. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawal applies to the future.

Recipients

We only share personal data with service providers we need to run this website: Hostinger (hosting and email) and – only with your consent – the services listed below. We never sell data.

Your rights

You can ask at any time which data we hold about you and have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. You can object to processing, withdraw consent and receive your data in a common format. Write to info@tvmino.com.

You can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; in Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
